BIOSECURITY: THE FUTURE OF SUCCESSFUL LIVESTOCK FARMING

August 22, 2026

Biosecurity in livestock business remains a serious concern because many farmers still underestimate its importance in this part of the world. Proper measures protect animals from diseases and preserve profits.

I will discuss this critical issue on Sunday through I-Flier Radio 103.3FM during the Olowolagbe program. The conversation will highlight practical biosecurity strategies that every livestock owner should understand today.

Biosecurity involves prevention practices including hygiene, vaccination, isolation, and proper farm management systems. Ignoring these steps can lead to devastating losses for farmers and the entire livestock industry across regions.

The aim is to create awareness and encourage responsible livestock production through better disease control practices. Every farmer must recognize that prevention remains cheaper than treatment and recovery after outbreaks.

Join me on Sunday as we explore solutions and promote safer livestock businesses through improved biosecurity awareness. Together we can build a healthier future for agriculture and protect our investments.
