Even the most dedicated worker needs moments of rest. Constant pressure can drain creativity, enthusiasm, and energy, making ordinary responsibilities feel unnecessarily frustrating at times.

Although I am deeply passionate about my work, I intentionally create time to unwind, change my environment, dine with loved ones, and reconnect together again.

Even before leaving my dear country, I sometimes step away from the farm, because distance gives me perspective, peace, and renewed appreciation for work again.

I have rarely stayed away from the farm for two days, even when travelling for consultations. That commitment reflects my passion, dedication, and responsibility daily.

However, resting does not mean laziness. Sometimes, we need laughter, meaningful conversations, good food, new surroundings, and quiet moments to cool our minds properly again.

After proper rest, we return refreshed, clearer, and better prepared to restrategise. Remember, nobody receives a medal for being the person who stayed stressed unnecessarily.
