Sometimes, poor farm performance is not caused by management failure, but by placing the wrong person in the wrong position within farms. People truly matter.

As a child, Alhayyu Day Care Nursery and Primary School took us on an excursion to Zartech Farms, where an insightful lesson remained unforgettable for me.

We learned about a three-tier laying cage where birds in the first two levels produced more eggs than those occupying the highest level consistently.

Management investigated because every group received similar treatment. An external expert eventually discovered that the attendant was too short to feed upper cages very properly.

As feeding improved and birds received the right quantity, egg production increased. That simple observation taught me that employee suitability can directly influence productivity significantly.

That childhood experience strengthened my understanding of agriculture and management. Sometimes, solving production problems requires examining people, processes, and practical realities carefully. Experience teaches lessons.
